Health food using raw materials that have been listed in the catalog of health food raw materials.
Health food products imported for the first time that are supplemental vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.
Applicant Qualification
The applicant of domestic health food shall be a health food manufacturer.
The applicant for the record of imported health food shall be listed health food manufacturers abroad (overseas manufacturers, refers to the product meets the requirements of the country (region) listing of legal persons or other organizations).
The health food record certificate has no expiration date. No transfer is allowed. Changes or cancellation of the record is allowed, but the corresponding application needs to be completed.

Applicant Qualification:
The applicant for registration of domestic health food shall be a legal person or other organization registered in China.
The applicant for registration of imported health food shall be the overseas manufacturer of listed health food.
The registration certificate of health food is valid for 5 years. Change, transfer or cancellation is allowed, but the corresponding application has to be completed.
Has been produced and sold health food registration certificate expires need to be renewed, health food registrants should apply for continuation of the expiry of six months before the expiry of the validity period.
